- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waiting on average ten minutes per call to get through. Constantly no availability to book a same day appointment. Not enough doctors, not enough times, not enough nurses. Funny because the place is always empty when you actually manage to get an appointment, so it's a big enough place. Typical NHS really. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My boy had very high temperature and a rash but was denied to be seen due to no availability of appointments not even emergency ones! The worst is the lady at the reception didn't seem to care. It is unacceptable. And what's worse it is not the only one time but a few of seperate occasions!!by Na JiaDecember 15, 2016
